We're bringing a new gathering place to Maplewood, right by the train station, with coffee, independent shops, and room for businesses to be part of it. If you can see your brand here, we'd love to hear what you're building.
The kind of vendors we're looking for: Independent retail, makers, creative concepts, and candy are welcome.
We're not reviewing other food or bakery vendors, vintage clothing, or jewelry.
We want the mix at The Terminal to complement the businesses already around us.
LONG-TERM SPACES
Make The Terminal your home base.
We're currently reviewing businesses interested in a more permanent presence at The Terminal. Tell us what you make or sell, what kind of space you need, and how you'd like to show up for the community. We'll reach out if it feels like a fit and talk through the space, timing, and terms together.
Space and starting rent: The long-term spaces we're looking to fill are approximately 160 sq ft. Rent starts at approximately $1,500 per month, the equivalent of about $50 a day. Exact rent and terms depend on the space and setup.

We also want The Terminal to make room for pop-ups, makers, and businesses that want to join us for a day at a time. You can leave your details now. Once we're open and have a better feel for how the space works, we'll begin reaching out about daily opportunities.
