Hospitality keeps us moving.We’ve been obsessed with coffee since long before Paper Plane had a name. Our story begins with five generations of coffee in Colombia, continues through Brooklyn, Montclair and our roastery in Orange, and is now growing into Maplewood.

We care deeply about what goes into the cup, but just as much about how people feel when they walk through the door. We’re looking for thoughtful, curious people who want to work hard, keep learning and help us build what comes next.
