ABOUT

Sourced from the skilled hands of family-owned farms, passionately united under the Cooperativa de producción Tzeltal-Tzotzil, this coffee is more than just a beverage; it's a testament to the rich cultural heritage and indigenous wisdom.

The meticulous artistry begins with the farmers, who carefully cultivate coffee on small, picturesque farms, each averaging less than 10 acres. These guardians of the land treat every cherry with utmost care, processing them in their own micro-mills, ensuring each step - from depulping to fermenting to drying - is carried out with an artisan's touch.

Beyond the coffee magic, there's more sweetness to uncover. As if coffee wasn't enough, the members of Tzeltal-Tzotzil also produce around 80 tons of honey, adding a touch of nature's golden essence to their craft.

But it doesn't stop there - their commitment to the environment shines bright. With a focus on organic practices, they harmoniously preserve the land they cherish, ensuring future generations can relish the same natural wonders.

With every sip of  you'll taste the dedication, love, and respect poured into each cup. By supporting these communities, you're not only savoring an exceptional coffee but contributing to the betterment of their families and livelihoods.

So join us on this enlightening journey of flavors, culture, and sustainability, as we celebrate the fusion of nature and tradition in every single cup. Cheers to a coffee experience that nurtures your soul and uplifts communities!
