Most Grade 4 Harrar coffees on the market undergo only a minimal cleaning and sorting procedure to remove foreign matter such as rocks and sticks. In stark contrast, Queen City Harrar starts as top lots selected at the Ethiopian Commodity Exchange (ECX) auction. These lots are then subjected to yet another round of rigorous sorting, ensuring a preparation standard that is truly superior to any other Harrar offering.
