We know that might be inconvenient for some, and we don’t take that lightly. But this program is built around the idea of exploring coffee at its peak—and that means grinding fresh. These coffees are unique, often delicate, and the flavors that make them special can start to fade quickly once ground. We want you to experience them the way they were meant to be tasted: fresh, vibrant, and full of character.
