On the other end of the spectrum lives Guji. Bright, aromatic, and expressive, this natural processed Ethiopian coffee delivers notes of apricot, jasmine, and watermelon.

Sourced from small farms in the Shakiso district of the Guji Zone, ripe cherries are carefully hand-sorted and dried on raised beds for up to 20 days. The result is a coffee that’s floral, fruit-forward, and vibrant, with a clarity that shows why Guji coffees continue to turn heads year after year.
