The Hopeful Romantic is our Valentine’s bundle for those who still believe in sparks, surprises, and the idea that the right cup of coffee can set the tone for everything else. It brings together two very different expressions of romance: one deeply intentional and rooted in place, the other playful, mysterious, and a little reckless in the best way.

Las Nubes Pink Bourbon
A micro-lot Pink Bourbon from Las Nubes in Pereira, Risaralda, Colombia. Grown at 2,000 meters and naturally processed, this coffee is elegant, expressive, and layered. Expect notes of cocoa and hazelnut grounding the cup, with bright strawberry and clementine lifting it into something quietly unforgettable.

Las Nubes is a coffee born from collaboration and curiosity. When we visited the farm in 2022 and later had the rare opportunity to oversee the harvest ourselves, we worked directly with the team on fermentation curves, drying times, and selection. The result is our most hands-on coffee to date, shaped by intention at every stage. It’s romantic in the truest sense: thoughtful, complex, and deeply connected to the land it comes from.

Blind Date started as a bagging accident and turned into a tradition. Our roasters hand-select a coffee they believe will be the perfect February fling. Smooth, exciting, and memorable without trying too hard. No awkward small talk. No red flags. Just a really good cup of coffee that shows up and does what it promises.
