Paper Plane Coffee Co.’s 2025 Holiday Blend

Every year the holidays remind us what matters most: good company, loud kitchens, too many cookies, and coffee that tastes like a celebration. So we built this year’s Holiday Blend to feel exactly like that moment when everyone you love is finally in the same room.

The 2025 edition brings together three coffees we’re proud to share. A Honey process from Aponte, Nariño gives it a silky sweetness. A Natural from Queen City, Ethiopia lifts the profile with bright fruit and sparkle. And an Anaerobic Natural Pink Bourbon from Las Nubes, Risaralda brings depth, structure, and a little drama. Together, they hit a perfect balance.

In the cup, expect pinkberry brightness up front, rich chocolate ganache through the middle, and a smooth Shiraz finish that lingers just long enough.

This blend isn’t about perfection. It’s about joy, chaos, unplanned toasts, and the small rituals that make the season feel like itself. Brew it for the first cup before anyone wakes up, or the one that keeps the night going after the table’s been cleared. Either way, we hope it becomes part of whatever you’re celebrating.
