ABOUT

Introducing our exquisite First Class edition coffee, Cerro Azul from the heart of Mexico. This extraordinary brew takes your senses on a journey with its intense, sweet, and velvety profile, accentuated by boozy fruit acidity. With each sip, you'll be captivated by the delightful notes of floral undertones, red grape, ripe berry, and a hint of rich chocolate.

Cultivated on the lush slopes of Finca Cerro Azul, this coffee is a testament to the dedication of its producer, Feliciano Adame. Located on the tropical southeast coast of Mexico in the Guerrero region near Atoyec De Álvarez, the farm benefits from the perfect blend of humidity, abundant rainfall, natural shade, and nutrient-rich soil. These ideal conditions result in cherries bursting with sugar, setting the stage for a truly exceptional coffee.

What sets Cerro Azul apart is its meticulous processing. The cherries undergo a 36-hour dry fermentation using anaerobic methods, followed by a 15-day drying period with the cherry skin and pulp intact. This intentional anaerobic fermentation technique enhances the coffee's fruitiness, acidity, and body, creating a unique flavor profile that is bound to leave a lasting impression.

Cerro Azul is not just a coffee; it's an experience that transports you to the heart of Mexican coffee excellence, offering a taste of the rich flavors and traditions that define this remarkable region. Indulge in the First Class edition of Cerro Azul, a true masterpiece in every cup.
