Welcome to Santa Carla

Created in collaboration with The Lost Boys: A New Musical, Eternal Midnight is a bold, after-dark blend inspired by the world of Santa Carla and built for anyone who prefers their coffee with a little bite.

This blend brings together coffees from Brazil, Colombia, and Ethiopia for a cup that is rich, smooth, and layered. Brazil brings the deep chocolate and nutty backbone, Colombia adds balance and structure, and Ethiopia gives the blend its subtle dried cherry finish.

Roasted to our Midnight profile, Eternal Midnight was designed to be full-bodied and approachable without feeling heavy. It works beautifully as drip coffee, espresso, or cold brew.

About The Coffee

Eternal Midnight is dark, smooth, a little theatrical, and very much alive after sunset.

The Brazil, Colombia, and Ethiopia components were chosen to create a blend with depth, sweetness, and just enough fruit to keep the cup interesting. Think dark chocolate, roasted nuts, and dried cherry without turning the whole thing into dessert.
