ABOUT

Juncalito is a small region in the Dominican Republic that produces a unique coffee with a distinct flavor profile. Coffee grown in Juncalito is typically characterized by its medium to full body, low acidity, and rich, smooth taste.

The Juncalito coffee beans are grown at an altitude of 1,000-1,450 meters above sea level in fertile soil and under ideal weather conditions. The coffee trees in this region are mainly of the Typica and Caturra varieties, which are known for their high-quality beans and unique flavor profiles.

Juncalito coffee beans are carefully harvested by hand and processed using traditional methods that involve sun-drying and roasting to perfection. The resulting coffee has a rich, nutty flavor with hints of chocolate, caramel, and citrus. Its aroma is characterized by a sweet, fruity scent that is sure to tantalize the senses.
